Project 8 Wrestling

Project 8 Wrestling is a wrestling club that trains athletes from kindergarten through college, combining technical instruction with physical and personal development. Its programs focus on building strong fundamentals, refining wrestling technique, and improving athleticism, endurance, balance, body movement, muscular endurance, and hand-eye coordination. The club also emphasizes physical and mental toughness, helping athletes develop skills that serve them both on and off the mat.

Project 8’s mission extends beyond competition. The club encourages young people to show courage, dedication, and commitment, while learning to earn and give respect. It presents wrestling as a way to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging within a supportive team and family environment.

The training center includes expansive mat space, a dedicated workout room, a parent lounge, and a merchandise wall. Families and prospective athletes can use the website to explore wrestling programs, events and tournament schedules, and frequently asked questions, or contact the club for more information.
