Project Access Foundation, Inc. (PAF) is a nonprofit organization serving the South Florida community with accessible medical, social, and support services. Its primary care program focuses on HIV and sexually transmitted infection prevention, testing, and treatment, delivered through a compassionate, one-stop medical home model.

PAF offers confidential and anonymous testing for major STIs, including HIV, as well as screening for conditions such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, genital herpes, HPV, hepatitis B and C, and vaginitis. Care includes treatment, HIV antiretroviral therapy, and prevention options such as PrEP and time-sensitive PEP. The organization also provides in-house pharmacy services, including medication delivery throughout Florida, and free HIV/STI, hepatitis C, and in-home HIV testing.

Patients can be connected with dental care, behavioral health services, and other support resources. PAF serves patients at locations in Miami, South Miami, and Hialeah, with appointments provided by a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians. Care coordinators are available on weekdays to help people access services and take informed steps toward better sexual health
