About Project Dignity
Established in 2010, our journey began in 2005 when our founder, Seng Choon, met Tony, a polio survivor with a dream of becoming a chef. Despite his talent, Tony faced challenges in finding employment due to his disability. Determined to make a difference, Seng Choon partnered with Hiok Keat, an accountant and former General Manager.
Together, they shared a vision of opening a hawker training school for the disabled. This led to the birth of Project Dignity. At Dignity Kitchen, we offer a range of programs and services aimed at empowering individuals with special needs.
Our Cook, Bake, Makan and Cook, Bake, Serve initiatives provide training and employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. We also offer cooking courses and train-and-place programs specifically tailored for their needs. Additionally, Dignity Kitchen boasts a delectable menu featuring food bento options and high tea selections.
We constantly strive to create a warm and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy delicious meals and support a worthy cause. Join us in our mission to celebrate dignity and inclusion for all, while enjoying a memorable dining experience. Visit Dignity Kitchen in Singapore today
