Projecte Lilith works to support social change around feminism and gender-based violence, sexual and relationship wellbeing, diversity, and substance use. It offers services to local councils, organizations, educational centers, and professionals through four connected areas: awareness, advisory support, training, and direct action.

Its awareness activities include talks and workshops for community groups and schools. Advisory services help municipalities design campaigns and local response protocols informed by a gender perspective, tailored to their needs and circumstances. These resources are intended to support the identification of gender-based violence and guide prevention, education, and response measures. Projecte Lilith also provides specialist training for municipal staff and organization professionals, with courses covering violence, relationships, diversity, and substances.

For direct action, the project runs specialized Lila Points at events, using educational and participatory activities to address sexist aggression, particularly in nightlife settings. It also offers mixed support points that bring together its four focus areas: gender-based violence, diversity, relationships, and substance use. Optional event resources include training, safer-sex kits, and other materials.
