Its quotation engine reads RFQs and material take-offs in varied file formats, languages, and layouts, then matches each line item to the supplier’s catalog, inventory, or production range using rule-based product codes. Suppliers can review matched items, costs, margins, and prices, flag exceptions for manual review, and export quotations to their ERP or send them to customers.
The platform also includes an RFQ inbox, searchable offers database, sales statistics, and specification risk analysis. An optional Shop Module lets buyers browse a supplier’s catalog, upload bulk requests, and place orders through a branded online storefront.
