Projekter imidt is a project organisation owned by the six FH sections in Denmark’s Central Denmark Region, with roots in the labour movement. Its vision is to create equal rights and opportunities for people from all backgrounds and contribute to a better society. The organisation draws on experience in employment, education, social responsibility and social economy, developing and managing initiatives that help people facing barriers to enter work and support young people to begin and complete upper-secondary education.

Its current projects include Cirkularitet i autobranchen, which aims to return resources from end-of-life vehicles to circulation and build circular value chains benefiting businesses, the climate and employment. The organisation is also a core partner in Arbejdskraft nu og til fremtiden, a nationwide, EU-supported initiative helping small and medium-sized businesses recruit from groups underrepresented in the labour market while enabling jobseekers to realise their potential. Earlier initiatives have addressed green-job training, inclusive workplaces and youth education.
