PROJUDO

ProJudo is a judo club based in Ostrava and Bohumín, Czech Republic, welcoming children and adults of all experience levels. The club trains children from age three, including some of its youngest participants in selected kindergartens, and accepts new members throughout the year. Beginners can try their first training session free of charge, whether they hope to compete or simply enjoy exercise and movement.

Training is guided by experienced coaches and shaped by judo’s values, including courtesy, courage, honesty, respect, self-control and friendship. ProJudo offers age-appropriate sessions for preschoolers, schoolchildren and adults, with opportunities to develop skills, take part in belt grading and enter competitions. The club also organizes its own friendly tournaments and other events for members and families.

Prospective members can choose a suitable training location and apply through the club’s online registration form, which provides details about next steps and equipment. Annual membership costs 3,000 Czech crowns, including a judo licence and belt grading; assistance with membership fees may also be available by arrangement.
