PromAction is an association based in Rouen that has been advocating for work integration for over 28 years. They have been an ASPRAI partner with the General Council since 2014. PromAction focuses on providing work integration services in Rouen.

With a board of 12 members and a team of 13 permanent staff, PromAction has been actively involved in the social and solidarity economy since its establishment on June 11, 1987. They enable individuals looking for employment to showcase their skills and expertise through various work assignments. The organization also provides individual support, including training courses for skill enhancement.

The main objective of PromAction is to help their employees fully utilize their skills and knowledge by providing different work opportunities, thereby advancing towards long-term employment. Since January 1, 2014, PromAction has been partnered with the Departmental Council for Assisted Socio-Professional Accompaniment as an Intermediate Association (ASPRAI). Each month, more than 230 individuals utilize their skills to fulfill the needs of both private clients (household chores, ironing, assistance with daily activities) and professionals (cleaning, administrative management, reception, packaging, catering, handling).
