Fundacja Promocji Zdrowia – Twój Lekarz is a health promotion foundation focused on making reliable medical knowledge accessible in an online environment often crowded with misinformation and pseudoscientific claims. Working with medical experts, the foundation shares information grounded in clinical practice and professional experience, helping patients and the wider public make more informed decisions about health.

Its work combines education, prevention and media outreach. The foundation organizes educational activities and workshops on health protection and medical prevention, and develops projects for people of all ages, from children and parents to older adults who may need additional support. It also produces podcasts and publishes news and educational content on topics such as healthy ageing, children’s wellbeing and when to seek specialist advice. Campaigns and other public initiatives aim to encourage healthy behaviours and strengthen understanding of evidence-based health practices.

The foundation invites supporters to contribute donations, which it says are used for its statutory aims, including preventive projects, health-promoting activities and educational and media campaigns.
