Pronotif

Pronotif is a certified email service that helps real estate and legal professionals send important notifications and documents electronically. Developed as a solution by CORPIQ, it combines secure technology with legal rigour, offering an alternative to traditional registered mail that is faster and more cost-effective. Each delivery includes time-stamped proof of transmission, online tracking, ready-to-use templates and secure file sharing. A straightforward dashboard lets users monitor notification status and receive alerts when recipients interact with messages. Pronotif uses encryption and is designed to comply with civil procedure rules in Quebec and other jurisdictions.

Pronotif Real Estate supports landlords and property managers with communications such as lease renewal notices, lease amendments, notices of repossession or default, work notices and other strategic documents. Pronotif Legal helps lawyers and legal professionals deliver proceedings, formal notices and court documents with compliant proof of transmission. Its services also include electronic signatures and secure sharing with multiple recipients.
