Proofterior is a property care specialist serving Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire, providing damp, mould and timber services for homeowners, landlords and other property professionals. The company focuses on identifying the underlying cause of property problems, explaining its findings clearly and carrying out recommended work with its own in-house teams rather than subcontractors. Services include rising and penetrating damp treatment, damp-proof course injection and basement waterproofing, as well as black mould removal, ventilation systems and air-quality improvements.

Proofterior also diagnoses and treats woodworm, dry rot and wet rot, and undertakes structural repairs such as French drains, repointing and brickwork repairs. Its broader services cover leak and flood damage drying and restoration, insulation and energy-efficiency upgrades, roofing repairs, re-roofing and roof coatings. Customers can arrange a complimentary, no-obligation survey, including independent damp, timber and property surveys with clear reporting.

Proofterior states that every job is backed by a 25-year insured guarantee and describes its advice as evidence-based, with a commitment to avoid recommending unnecessary work
