About ProPacífico
ProPacífico is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the sustainable development of the Pacific Region in Colombia. Through partnerships with the public and private sectors, they drive high-impact projects and initiatives that contribute to the comprehensive and sustainable development of Cali, Valle del Cauca, and the Colombian Pacific. With a strong commitment and a focus on excellence, ProPacífico works to advance the region and benefit its citizens.
ProPacífico focuses on four dimensions: social, environmental, infrastructure and logistics, and territorial planning and partnerships. In the social dimension, they work towards closing socio-economic gaps by improving access to education and healthcare services and promoting inclusion through generating opportunities. In the environmental dimension, they promote the recovery, preservation, and protection of natural resources to ensure water security, proper waste management, air quality, and resilience to climate change.
They also drive projects that promote sustainable urban mobility, efficient transportation of goods, and logistical performance. Additionally, they establish strategic partnerships with public and private actors to generate a shared vision of the territory and contribute to achieving long-term goals. ProPacífico is actively involved in advancing the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the Valle del Cauca and northern Cauca regions.
By promoting these goals, they aim to eradicate poverty, protect the planet, and ensure peace and prosperity for all by 2030. Follow ProPacífico on social media to stay updated on their initiatives and impact
