Property Rocks is a friendly and professional real estate brokerage founded in 2017 by Joe and Teak, who sought to bring a personal touch to the often impersonal world of real estate. Based in Chicago, Property Rocks focuses on a wide range of properties, including apartments, condos, lofts, and investment opportunities. They cater to various neighborhoods in both Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, offering services in both rentals and sales.

The team prides itself on maintaining open communication with clients and ensuring they feel supported throughout the often stressful buying or renting process. With extensive experience in construction and leasing, Teak and Joe leverage their knowledge to guide clients in their real estate journeys, whether they are looking for their dream home or investment properties like Airbnb listings. In addition to their real estate services, Property Rocks is committed to giving back to the community, supporting local charities and non-profits, further solidifying their connection to the vibrant Chicago community they cherish
