Prophetic offers two devices.
The Dual is an entry-level model with two ultrasonic transmitters and a fixed-focus design. The Phase is a more advanced system, combining two multi-element arrays with infrared neural sensing and electronically steered ultrasound. Its closed-loop system monitors blood-oxygen changes, adapts stimulation, and checks output against stated safety limits.
The company also describes an AI system that learns from user feedback and, for Phase, responds to neural sensor data. Prophetic shares information about its proposed mechanism, research evidence, EEG measurements, and results from 2026 Q1 beta testing.
