PRO RUN

ProRun is a running-coaching brand founded and owned by Henrik, a lifelong recreational runner and certified running coach. It helps runners improve their performance, develop their technique and work toward personal goals through structured, individualized training. ProRun’s approach combines KAPA PRO Technique™, which focuses on running-form analysis and technique guidance, with Løbepyramiden™, a season-based framework for tailored training plans. Its Victory™ method adds mental exercises and coaching to help runners prepare for race day.

The ProRun package includes an individual running-style assessment, a customized program updated monthly to reflect progress, coaching conversations about goals, and access to the ProRun Connect online community. Runners can also join the PRO Technique masterclass, a series of four online sessions covering technique, training principles and program development. The website further offers information about free webinars and a complimentary e-book on running faster while avoiding injuries.
