About Prostorož
Prostorož is a non-profit urban design studio that focuses on connecting people with public spaces and each other through shared space. Our team consists of architects, social scientists, and technical assistants who tackle the challenges of urban space in an interdisciplinary manner. We offer services in urbanism & architecture, traffic strategies, graphic design, participation & community engagement, communication & public relations, event organizing, and temporary architecture counseling.
At Prostorož, we explore public spaces in cities and their significance for residents and society. We pay special attention to overlooked public spaces, revitalizing them based on the needs of the community. Our aim is to address environmental and social challenges by transforming roads into squares, repurposing construction sites, and engaging residents in urban planning. We create interventions and temporary projects to accelerate spatial dynamics and foster new uses for public spaces.
