Protector Instinct is a Las Vegas firearms training business founded in 2023 and led by Jaden Garlington, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, certified and insured instructor, and Range Safety Officer. The company provides strictly one-on-one instruction for civilian gun owners, concealed carriers, and armed professionals, with a focus on practical defensive skills, safety, and responsible decision-making. Its Protector Development Program offers Essential and Professional packages, and the business accepts up to two new clients per month.

Training covers concealed carry, defensive pistol skills, de-escalation, use of force, Nevada self-defense law, and trauma and emergency first aid, with a trauma kit included in the Essential package. The Professional package adds personalized AR-15 instruction, including operation, drills, zeroing, upgrades, and maintenance, as well as training in body armor, communications, and gear. Sessions include performance evaluation and individual feedback. Protector Instinct also provides a free home defense guide with advice on strengthening home security, preparing family emergency plans, and responsible firearm storage.
