ProtoPens

ProtoPens is an online retailer specializing in curated vintage and new-old-stock writing instruments and accessories. Its collection features authentic pens from well-known makers including Montblanc, Pelikan, Parker, Sheaffer, Waterman, Kaweco, Aurora, and Cross, alongside products from other brands. Shoppers can browse fountain pens, ballpoint pens, mechanical pencils, pen sets, and technical drawing instruments, as well as cases, desktop items, replacement parts, nibs, ink, and refills. The inventory includes collectible and everyday pieces from several decades, with details such as materials, nib types, filling systems, and condition provided for individual listings.

ProtoPens says it has served the pen community for more than 20 years and carefully checks its products. Every pen includes a warranty at no additional cost, and the store describes these as “Certified Vintage Pens.” The company offers worldwide shipping through DHL or registered mail, secure custom packaging, and a return policy with a full refund. Customers can also ask ProtoPens to purchase their pens or sell them on the site.
