Proust Land Services is an ecological restoration business working to regenerate and protect native ecosystems across the Illawarra, South Coast and Shoalhaven region. Its aim is to help restore balance to ecological systems affected by human development and support environments that can continue to sustain people and wildlife. The business works with private and public landholders to plan and deliver projects that rehabilitate sensitive and threatened ecosystems.

Services include site assessments and vegetation management plans, with systematic identification and classification of native and invasive plant species, followed by practical management recommendations to improve and maintain ecological health. The team specialises in temperate and subtropical rainforest and riparian zones throughout the Shoalhaven. Once a management plan is in place, experienced bush regenerators carry out the required work using industry-approved methods and safety practices.

Founder Gerard Proust has worked and taught in land restoration, forest and bush regeneration since 1988. He also shares his experience through workshops, lectures, presentations and field days for interested groups.
