ProxySP is an independent reference and toolkit for researching proxy service providers. Its database records 59 providers and 168 published prices, alongside proxy types, links to the original sources, and the dates prices and other facts were checked. Listings cover residential, ISP, datacenter, mobile, and static residential proxies, with provider profiles showing available products and published entry prices. ProxySP states that it does not score providers: partners with commercial relationships are marked and displayed first, while other providers follow alphabetically. The ordering is not presented as a quality ranking, and recorded facts are consistent across listings.

Beyond its provider directory, ProxySP offers tools to compare sourced provider records, calculate totals for exact published price tiers, and format proxy lists by removing duplicates, flagging invalid lines, or converting between formats. Its proxy switcher can turn a pasted list into PAC, extension, and shell files. Proxy setup guides provide steps and configuration strings for Chrome, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and consoles.
