Proyecta Igualdad Perú is a feminist multidisciplinary team dedicated to addressing gender-based inequalities and promoting social change for the full realization of everyone's life projects. We work under a range of approaches, including intersectionality, human development, life cycles, queer perspectives, gender equality, and autonomy. Our dedicated team members include Brenda Alvarez, our President with expertise in constitutional law and strategic litigation for gender equality and sexual and reproductive rights.

Diana Chávez, our Executive Director, focuses on development cooperation projects, democracy strengthening, and citizen participation. And Da Chavez, our Communications Director, brings extensive experience in gender-inclusive campaigns and advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights and sexual and reproductive rights. At Proyecta Igualdad Perú, we are committed to creating a more equal society.
