Proyecto Azarías is a transformative initiative dedicated to supporting youth from the Polígono Sur neighborhood of Sevilla, facilitating their educational journey from secondary school through to higher education. Launched in 2017 by the Hermandad de la Soledad de San Lorenzo, this program aims to ensure that socioeconomic challenges do not hinder the potential of motivated students. Proyecto Azarías offers essential academic reinforcement in core subjects, English, and specific exam preparations while providing personal and social support tailored to students' needs.

Each participant is paired with dedicated volunteer tutors, including young mentors starting in 2025, who closely guide and encourage them throughout their educational path. The project emphasizes community involvement, collaborating with families, schools, and local organizations to create a supportive environment. With over 100 students assisted and many now pursuing higher education, Proyecto Azarías strives to develop talent and open doors to equal educational opportunities, empowering young individuals to shape a better future for themselves and their community
