Pistolen-Schützen Andelfingen is an active pistol-shooting club based in Andelfingen, in the heart of Switzerland’s Zürcher Weinland. Its shooting range sits near the Schiterberg vineyard, between Winterthur and Schaffhausen. The club provides year-round training at 10, 25 and 50 metres, with indoor air-pistol practice mainly during winter and outdoor sessions at 25 and 50 metres in warmer months. Members also compete throughout the year, including in regional and national events; the club’s news highlights include Swiss championship participation and group competition results.
Beyond regular practice and competitions, the club places importance on camaraderie, with social gatherings after training and outings connected to shooting festivals. It also supports young shooters through one or two Youth and Sport courses for children and teenagers aged eight and older. The website offers information about club activities, training, competitions, the shooting facility, results, news and upcoming events. Its annual Winzerschiessen is another featured event. Pistolen-Schützen Andelfingen combines the sport of pistol shooting with a welcoming club community and opportunities for young people to develop their skills.
