PSA AVTEC Powertrain Pvt. Ltd. Formed as a 50:50 Joint Venture between the Groupe PSA from France and AVTEC Limited, PSA AVTEC combines Groupe PSA's state-of-the-art technology with the manufacturing excellence of the CK Birla Group.
With a green field plant set up in the Hosur region, near Bangalore, PSA AVTEC is committed to producing next-generation technologically advanced gearboxes and eco-friendly engines that meet industry standards and customer expectations. The manufacturing capacity of PSA AVTEC will cater to both domestic market needs and global automotive OEMs, with an initial capacity for producing approximately 300,000 gearboxes and 200,000 engines per year. The company plans to further invest and ramp up production in the future.
