Premier Sharpshot Abrasive® (PSA) is an advanced, eco-friendly Synthetic Sbrasive engineered from Calcium-Iron Silicate (ISO 11126-6), produced via E.A.F. slag processing. Through controlled slag atomization and the proprietary R.S.G.T, PSA develops a spine-bonded microstructure, enhancing particle integrity, angular stability, and mechanical strength. This results in superior hardness, consistent surface profile (SA 2.5–SA 3), and improved coating adhesion performance.

As a Non-metallic abrasive, PSA is free from Free Crystalline Silica (Check and confirmed through FTIR Scanning) and Beryllium (Be) checked through ICP full test, reducing occupational health risks and airborne respirable dust. It demonstrates low friability, optimized particle size distribution, and controlled density, enabling efficient blast coverage, reduced rebound loss, and lower media consumption. PSA complies with ISO 8504-2 surface preparation standards and aligns with SIRIM certification requirements, MyHIJAU Green Label, ESG frameworks, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) principles, supporting sustainable industrial practices and regulatory compliance.
