PSALT Care Ltd is a charity organization dedicated to supporting and sustaining individuals with diagnosed mental health and addiction challenges on their recovery journey. As a recognized member of the National Council of Social Service and the Singapore chapter of the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, PSALT Care offers a range of services to its members. One of their key services is the organization of peer-led support group meetings.

These small group sessions, facilitated by trained volunteer Peer Support Specialists, provide a safe space for individuals to discuss mental health topics and encourage one another in their recovery. The peers share their personal experiences, creating a bond of understanding and support that is essential for their healing process. PSALT Care also established Betsy's PLACE, a dual-purpose center that serves as both an activity hub and a short-term residential respite haven.

Through various recovery-oriented activities, skill-building programs, and professional support, Betsy's PLACE empowers individuals with the tools they need for recovery and reintegration into society. By focusing on the needs of the peers, introducing innovative modalities, and maintaining a high level of professionalism, PSALT Care is dedicated to enhancing and sustaining the well-being of individuals facing mental health and addiction issues.
