PSA Verify is a digital platform for managing and inspecting radiation-protection personal protective equipment (PPE). It helps organizations replace spreadsheets and manual processes with a central overview of equipment, inspection status, and schedules. Teams can register protective clothing across customers, sites, and departments, recording details such as manufacturer, model, size, lead equivalence, RFID, and assigned user. The system can also track items that do not require inspection, including radiation-protection glasses.

Users can plan inspection runs around compliance intervals and conduct structured digital checks, with outcomes such as pass, observe, or fail. Inspectors can document defects and attach photographs, while completed runs generate reports containing equipment data, results, defect categories, and supporting images. PSA Verify supports inspection processes in accordance with DIN 6857-2 and maintains inspection histories for reporting.

The platform is intended for procurement teams, medical technology staff, radiation protection officers, and departments using X-ray protective clothing. It can be used for inventory management alone or for the full inspection workflow.
