PSICOLOGOS

The Asociación de Psicólogas y Psicólogos de Buenos Aires (APBA) is a professional association that has supported psychology in Buenos Aires since 1962. It serves psychologists through professional representation, education, clinical resources, and a community for members. APBA offers courses, postgraduate training, conferences, and activities, including programs in clinical psychology and preparation for specialist certification. Members can access supervision with specialized supervisors, legal advice, preferential fees, and the Fondo Solidario Profesional, a solidarity fund connected with FEPRA. The association also highlights postgraduate and specialist programs at national universities and provides information on professional standards and practical matters.

APBA publishes Gaceta Psicológica, a journal featuring research and analysis on topics such as mental health, education, clinical practice, and social issues. Its website shares institutional news, event listings, videos, and updates through a newsletter. Membership provides access to courses and events at preferential rates, publications, supervision, professional support, and a network of psychologists in Buenos Aires. Through these services and activities, APBA supports ongoing learning, professional connection, and the practice of psychology.
