Pskormoran

PS Kormorán is a Pionýr youth group and boating club based in Hrochův Týnec, bringing young people together to learn practical skills, enjoy the outdoors, and make new friends. Its water-sports club welcomes those interested in becoming confident paddlers, learning to handle a boat, or simply joining an active group. Led by experienced water enthusiast Patrik Pásler and his crew, the club holds regular sessions at its boathouse, with indoor meetings at the local elementary school during the colder months.

Activities go beyond boating. Members can learn outdoor and survival basics, including how to build different kinds of fires, tie knots, navigate using terrain and maps, and provide basic first aid. Games and competitions offer opportunities to put these skills into practice. The group also organizes seasonal events and a summer camp, alongside activities on the Novohradka River. PS Kormorán invites prospective members to visit, try a boat, and find out more about joining its friendly community of water and nature enthusiasts.
