The Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) is a national organization established in 1976. Comprising of private sector associations, companies, and individuals, the PSOJ aims to foster a competitive and productive private sector in the country. With a focus on collaboration and teamwork, the PSOJ brings together various stakeholders to promote economic growth and development.

The organization offers a range of services and resources to its members and the wider business community. These include guidance for COVID-19 measures and protocols, support for sexual harassment prevention, and initiatives such as the PSOJ Remembrance, Crime Stop, and Project Star.
