The Pyrzyce Circle of the Polish Association for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities is a community organization dedicated to supporting people with intellectual disabilities and their families. Founded through the initiative of parents, it works to promote education, rehabilitation, development, dignity, and participation in community life. Its activities are guided by the goal of helping each person build as much independence as possible while respecting individual needs and abilities.

The association operates several specialized facilities in and around Nowielin. These include the Rehabilitation, Education and Care Centre (OREW), the Non-Public School Preparing for Employment, and the Puchatek special preschool. Its services also include a community self-help centre (ŚDS) and occupational therapy workshops (WTZ), alongside specialist activities and rehabilitation programmes. Through these settings, the organization provides educational and developmental support and opportunities for practical engagement and social participation. It also runs projects, shares information about its work, and welcomes community support, including donations through Poland’s tax-allocation scheme.
