PSONI Koło w Rymanowie

The Polish Association for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities, Rymanów Circle, is a nonprofit, self-help organization and public benefit organization serving people with intellectual disabilities and their families. Its mission is to uphold dignity, improve quality of life, promote equal rights, protect health, and support active participation in family and community life. Based in Rymanów, it serves residents across Krosno, Brzozów, and Sanok counties and nearby municipalities.

The association provides coordinated education, therapy, rehabilitation, and support for greater independence and social inclusion. Its Rehabilitation, Education and Care Centre offers services for children and young people, while the Community Self-Help Centre provides day support, occupational activities, psychological and educational assistance, and help with everyday needs. The Occupational Therapy Workshop develops practical, social, and vocational skills, and the Vocational Activity Establishment combines supported employment with social and professional rehabilitation. Training apartments help participants practise daily living skills and prepare for more independent life. The association also undertakes community projects and welcomes donations and tax contributions to sustain its work.
