The society aimed to inspire systematic promulgation and study of training and development processes, theories and practices and to offer prospects for social interaction among individuals with professional interests in training and development from various disciplines across the country. A certified bond and codes of conduct unite PSTD and its constituents. The Society brings forth the greater benefit of the industry by sharing the trade’s best practices. Our affiliates are composed of private business, academic institutions, government agencies, and non-government organizations and individuals in the field of Human Resource Development and Workplace Learning and Performance.
