Founded by Ashley, a psychiatric nurse, our practice draws from her personal experience with postpartum depression and her journey to healing. Ashley understands the struggles you may be facing, as both a recipient and provider of mental health care. At PsychLife, we believe in breaking mental health stigma, and we offer a range of services to support mental health workers and patients alike.

In addition to our services, we also have an apparel brand called PyschLife Tee Co. Our beautiful, brightly colored tees with inspirational messages help normalize mental health care. We value compassion, courage, and community, and our goal is to create a space of cultural competency and psychological safety for everyone.
