Psych Insights Limited

Psych Insights Limited is the Isle of Man practice of Dr. Brian Murray, a Chartered Practitioner Psychologist offering personalised psychological support. Dr. Murray provides an integrative approach, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), humanistic and psychodynamic methods to tailor sessions to each client’s needs. Support is available for concerns including anxiety, OCD, PTSD, depression, identity and relationship challenges. Clients can choose time-limited, targeted therapy or longer-term exploratory work, with specialist approaches including Interpersonal Therapy, Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy and EMDR.

The practice also offers clinical supervision to support practitioners’ skills and work, plus assessment and report-writing services for a limited range of conditions, including adult ADHD. Appointments are available in person at a private, central location in Douglas, or online via Zoom for clients in London and elsewhere. New client enquiries are welcome. Weekday appointments run from 8am to 8pm, with Sunday morning sessions available on request.
