It supports interdisciplinary research, clinical practice, and policy analysis, welcoming original studies, review articles, and practice-based scholarship from fields including psychology, psychiatry, public health, social work, education, and rehabilitation sciences. Published by Ninety Nine Publication since February 2024, the journal has a history dating to 1996 and publishes in English.
From 2025, it appears biannually, with two issues each year; submissions undergo double-blind peer review, and the stated final-decision timeframe is four to six weeks.
