The foundation’s primary activity is operating Pszichoforyou, an online psychology magazine described as Hungary’s largest psychology-focused media outlet. Its editorial team of psychologists and journalists creates accessible content designed to inform, encourage reflection, and help readers find words for their experiences. The foundation also publishes free online material and periodic print publications as part of its psychoeducation work.

Beyond publishing, Pszichomédia organizes regular programs, awareness-raising events, and workshops that promote mental wellbeing. Its Pszichoforyou POZITÍV supporters’ program helps fund editorial production and event organization. Through its digital platforms, publications, and live activities, the foundation connects professional psychological insight with everyday life, aiming to provide trustworthy resources and meaningful support to readers and listeners.
