Pakuan International Country Club, is an international standar 18 holes golf course management, hotel & resort, restaurant, as well as swimming pool that is now known as Sawangan Golf, Hotel, & Resort. Was founded in the year of 1971, the Company had several changes of shareholders composition, and the last time PT. Sawangan Investasi Indonesia has effectively become the controlling shareholder of the Company since July 2017, and has appointed new management for the period 2017 to 2022 to carry out the Company's operational activities. Reviewing the operational performance of the Company since the take over, the management considered that the major assets potency of the Company is its strategic location, with infrastructure development and property in the surrounding area. In the Company's strategic plan to develop asset potency, the management has the idea of becoming a property developer in the residential and commercial sectors. The project was called Sawangan Lake View, a residential development project and commercial area for the Sawangan community located on Jalan Raya Muchtar, Sawangan, Depok City.
