Pusat Tuisyen Pendidikan Cemerlang (PTPC) is an esteemed educational institution based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Originally known as Pusat Latihan Cemerlang (PLC) and later upgraded to Institut Latihan Cemerlang (ILC) in 1997, the center was officially named Pusat Tuisyen Pendidikan Cemerlang in 2008.
