PT Ullis

PT-Ullis Sport och Coaching offers coaching and training for people interested in skiing, fitness and wellbeing. Its services include roller-ski training, cross-country ski coaching and private lessons, personal training, group sessions, training camps and events. The approach combines practical knowledge with clear, supportive teaching and an emphasis on enjoyment.

PT-Ullis sees exercise as more than speed, competition results or how much someone can lift. Training is presented as part of a broader picture of physical and mental wellbeing, with encouragement to work from one’s current level, appreciate personal progress and find motivation in the activity itself. Rather than measuring success only against others, clients are invited to focus on their own development and feel good about what they achieve.

Based in Särö, Sweden, PT-Ullis serves people seeking instruction, structured training or shared activity in a positive setting. Whether clients want to build skills on roller skis, improve their cross-country technique, work one-to-one with a personal trainer or take part in a camp or event, the brand aims to make learning both effective and enjoyable.
