Public Radio Tulsa, comprising Public Radio 89. 5 KWGS and Classical 88. 7 KWTU, is a listener-supported service of the University of Tulsa.

Broadcasting from Kendall Hall on the TU campus, KWGS covers northeastern Oklahoma with 50,000 watts, while KWTU serves Tulsa with 5,000 watts. KWGS, Oklahoma's first FM station, was founded in 1947, with KWTU bringing classical music back to Tulsa in 2004.
