Puck Lab

Puck Lab is a hockey training and development facility located at 1125 Concession Street in Russell, Ontario. Built around the goal of helping players develop every edge, the facility combines specialized training equipment, coaching, and data-driven development in one community hub for athletes and families.

Its training options include an ice treadmill for building skating power, stride efficiency, and endurance, plus a shooting lane where players can work on shooting mechanics, speed, and accuracy. Stick-handling sessions help athletes practise puck control and develop a softer touch. The facility also offers dryland training on its turf area, with workouts focused on speed, power, agility, and strength, available individually or through trainer-led and group classes.

Puck Lab provides skate sharpening with a self-serve sharpener, as well as team training pathways and group events for players of different ages. Athletes can book individual sessions or take part in broader training programs. The facility is open weekdays and weekends, with booking availability varying.
