Puddleducks and POSH

Puddleducks and POSH is a family-focused childcare provider in Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. Its nursery offers all-day care for children aged from birth to five, with limited places available from 22 months, while POSH Club provides holiday childcare for primary school-aged children. The setting aims to create a safe, happy, caring and stimulating environment where children and families feel included, respected and supported.

Its approach centres on recognising each child as an individual and helping them develop their potential through learning, play and positive relationships. Parent feedback describes warm, attentive care and a welcoming atmosphere, with children building confidence, friendships and readiness for school. Families also value the range of activities, encouragement and support children receive as they move through different stages of early education.

Puddleducks and POSH seeks to make its nursery feel like an extension of home, placing children’s wellbeing and enjoyment at the heart of its work. Its services support local families with early-years education and childcare, as well as holiday provision for older children
