Pukkilan Tila is a family-run farm in Metsäkansa, Valkeakoski, offering alpaca experiences and farm-based services in a rural setting less than five minutes from the Helsinki–Tampere motorway. The farm has a long history, and its current owners have operated it since 2017. Today, six alpacas are central to the farm’s activities and visitor experiences.
Guests can arrange visits as individuals or groups, meet the alpacas in the farmyard, or join them for a walk in the nearby forest, with the option of stopping at a shelter for coffee or a campfire. Pukkilan Tila also organizes workplace wellbeing days and meetings, with lunch available, and can bring alpacas to events as special attractions. The farm makes visits to social care, health and education settings, and offers animal-assisted activities drawing on the owners’ healthcare expertise. Alongside these services, Pukkilan Tila sells alpaca products and offers firewood and curly birch wood.
