PULSE, the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement project, is an ISO-certified initiative aimed at modernizing land management across Punjab. The project focuses on creating a unified Land Information System to streamline urban development and improve property registries. With advancements in technology, PULSE emphasizes the digitization of land records, including the incorporation of existing urban records and systematic registration of properties, both urban and rural.

PULSE’s initiatives also feature the development of comprehensive GIS mapping, which is designed to enhance parcel mapping and improve access to land for urban development. The project is committed to integrating land management services with upgraded ICT infrastructure, ensuring efficient handling of public land inventories and state land management.

In addition to its core goals, PULSE addresses environment and social safeguards, ensuring sustainability and compliance throughout its operations. The project plays a pivotal role in enhancing transparency and accessibility in land management, ultimately supporting affordable housing and urban development initiatives in Punjab.
