Punho da Pantera

Punho da Pantera is a Kung Fu school in Campinas, Brazil, founded by two friends seeking to create a welcoming, purpose-built place to study martial arts and their philosophy. Its mission is to support healthier, more conscious lives through traditional Kung Fu, taught by experienced instructors with individual attention to students’ needs and abilities. The school offers classes for adults, young people, and children from age four, including a dedicated Kids Program designed to develop discipline, concentration, coordination, cooperation, and physical fitness through age-appropriate instruction.

Beginner training covers fundamental stances, basic techniques, self-defense, conditioning, stretching, and meditation. Students can also pursue personal-defense training and internal practices such as Chi Kung breathing and Zen meditation. The school teaches Choy Lay Fut, a traditional combat style founded by Chan Heung in 1836, combining functional movement, striking techniques, and weapons training.
