Puppy’s Fly is a pet relocation service that helps families move their dogs and other pets safely and comfortably in Argentina and internationally. The brand manages the process from planning through arrival, tailoring each journey to the pet’s needs and the owner’s circumstances. Its services include coordinating transport, handling health documentation and international permits, and providing guidance to prepare pets for travel. Flight accompaniment may also be available, depending on the route and applicable conditions.

Customers receive a personalized plan and a clear, detailed quote, with no hidden costs. An advisor provides support throughout the process, including regular updates on the pet’s status and location; the company says it documents the journey with photos and videos. Puppy’s Fly also explains travel requirements and preparation, such as veterinary visits and helping pets become familiar with their carriers. It states that it uses approved carriers and works with airlines that follow IATA-LAR guidelines.
