Purecontrol

Purecontrol is an industrial technology brand that helps organizations improve the performance and environmental impact of their facilities. Its artificial intelligence solution connects with existing programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to adjust equipment settings and manage industrial processes in real time. Designed to work with aging facilities as well as newer installations, the platform can recreate missing data through virtual sensors, without requiring additional sensors or sub-meters.

Purecontrol offers intelligent control and optimization for applications across water, energy, manufacturing and food industries. Supported use cases include wastewater and drinking water treatment, pumping and storage, leak detection, sanitation networks, incineration, combustion, heating networks, anaerobic digestion, industrial effluent management, cold rooms, spray drying and galvanization. Depending on the process, the system can help optimize aeration, chemical inputs, energy use, combustion and emissions.

The company presents its solution as a way to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprints while improving operational oversight. It also provides expertise, case studies, webinars and project consultations to help customers identify and develop tailored applications.
