Guy Eckley

Pure Kent is the farm shop and food brand of Eckley Farms, a family-run farm near Staplehurst in Kent. Farming in the area since 1953, the business now grows crops across four locations around Maidstone. Its main crops include wheat, oilseed rape, barley, oats, beans and linseed, which support a range of farm-produced goods, including flour, rapeseed oil and flavoured oils, available through its online shop.

Eckley Farms combines arable farming with a focus on soil health and environmental care. The farm uses regenerative practices, including growing additional crops to benefit the soil and aiming to maintain living roots throughout the year. It also uses satellite-guided technology to steer tractors and harvesters along set routes. Customers can order online and collect purchases from secure lockers at the farm, at a time that suits them. The Pure Kent website also shares recipes, farm news, product information and details about stockists and events.
