PureSleep is a sleep-products brand focused on helping people reduce snoring and enjoy quieter nights. Its original anti-snoring mouthpiece was created by Dr. Douglas Fenton, DDS, and Dr. Bernard Kramer, MD, and has been used in dental and medical practices for more than 20 years. The product is FDA-cleared for the treatment of snoring and is described by the brand as trusted by more than a million users.
PureSleep uses a mandibular repositioning design that gently holds the lower jaw forward to improve airflow and reduce the vibrations associated with snoring. Its patented dual-polymer construction combines a soft, moldable inner layer with a thin, firm outer shell, aiming to provide comfort and durability without bulky adjustment mechanisms. The design is intended to accommodate different bite types, including overbites and underbites.
The mouthpiece is made in the USA with American materials and is available over the counter. Users fit it at home by immersing it in boiling water, molding it to their teeth, and choosing from three settings.
